"My philosophy is to create programs according to my clients goals. Whether it’s to lean down, to power up or sport-specific, I always take into consideration the main principles in training—strength, flexibility and endurance."

  • American Holistic College of Nutrition, Doctorate of Naturopathy, ND (in progress)
  • City College of San Francisco, Nutrition
  • ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certified
  • NHCA (National Health Club Association) certified
  • CPR Certified

Experience

  • Eleven years as a fitness trainer.
  • Currently training:
    - Professional football players
    - Two fighters for the Pride Fighting in Japan
  • Have formerly trained:
    - a professional bodybuilder
    - a professional cyclist
    - a professional runner
    - two fighters for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC)
  • Trained F.B.I. agent for the S.W.A.T Team: Agent was one of two females selected for this position in Northern California.
  • Drill Instructor - US Marines.
  • Second degree "Black Belt" and Self Defense Instructor.
  • Volunteer for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation 1993-1994: Service included educating members on the disease and treatment.
  • Provided preventative education in H.I.V for the Vida y Movimiento program in San Francisco.
